If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do everything possible to be of assistance.

Unless an item is damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders, digital downloads or items on sale.

In certain circumstances, items may be returned within: 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
